Building a Competitive Advantage with Alliances Marketing

In the B2B world, buyers have definitively made the move from buying single products to buying solutions. Regardless of industry, business customers want companies to solve their problems and in many cases, that requires companies to develop solutions by uniting offerings from partners with complementary products or services. Building strong alliances with partners and creating joint go-to-market strategies can be a powerful approach to extend your value, better serve customers and build your pipeline with new sales opportunities.

At this panel discussion, you’ll learn how to:

-Quantify the benefits of an alliance partner strategy

– Identify ideal marketing partners and engage discussions

– Determine co-investing strategies for marketing efforts

– Navigate branding challenges in multi-partner marketing

– Create lead management strategies that avoid competitive issues
